🖐️ We’re a small team doing big things—every piece is made in-house, start to finish. We aim to ship within 3–5 business days, but we're humans, not conveyor belts. Appreciate your patience (and your excellent taste).

🎬 Your shirt is printed using top-tier DTF transfers that are printed in-house. It might feel a little firm when it arrives—that’s normal—it’ll soften up after a wash or 2.

💸 We do our best to keep costs low for you, which means we may switch up the blank brands we use if market prices (like tariffs or supply issues) shift. You’ll still get quality, even if the tag looks slightly different. If you require a specific brand, don't hesitate to contact us so we can accommodate you, even if we need to shift the price.

🚨 FYI: Red shirts + white ink = a chance of slight pink tones. It’s a fabric chemistry thing, not a printing fail.

📸 All product images are mockups meant to show the style and fit. Real-life versions may have small shifts in color or placement, but they’ll still bring the vibe.

🧼 Wash in cold water with like colors.

🌀 Hang to dry if you’re fancy—or tumble dry on low if you’re not. High heat is the enemy of a good print, so skip the scorch.

✨ If your design starts to look a little wrinkly or lifted over time, no biggie. Just lay a piece of parchment paper over the print and give it a quick press with a dry iron (medium heat, no steam). It’ll smooth right back out like nothing ever happened.

All items are made to order, so please allow 3-6 business days for production before your item ships. Good things take time (and printing tees isn’t instant, babe).

We’ll send you tracking info as soon as it’s on the way—so you can refresh obsessively like the rest of us.

Once your order leaves our hands, it's officially out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or address mistakes.

So please—double-check that shipping address before you check out. We want your cute stuff to actually make it to you.

Each shirt is made to order—so we don’t accept general returns or swaps once it’s printed and packed. Holiday and event-specific items are final sale (we can’t take back a “Spooky Babe” tee after Halloween, you feel us?).

If we make a mistake, we’ll absolutely make it right. If you ordered the wrong size, we can usually do an exchange—you’ll just need to cover the shipping both ways.
